Maui Jim Offshore sunglasses are part of their versatile MJ Sport-Polycarbonate Maui Evolution series. Rubber nose grips provide better fit and prevent your sunglasses from slipping, a very good thing when you’re on a rocking boat out there in the ocean!
The rugged but lightweight Grilamid hinge less frame of the offshore sunglasses includes a side window for maximum peripheral visibility. The “standard” polycarbonate lenses feature Maui Jim’s trademark PolarizedPlus2 lens coating technology. Maui Jim goes even further to prevent scratching, by coating both sides of the lenses with their CLEARSHELL scratch coating.
These sunglasses were designed to reduce the severe glare and UV intensity of the sun out in the open waters, but they are also built to withstand any “rough seas” handling. Because of this, the offshore sunglasses are only available in our extremely sturdy gloss black frames with the following lens color choices: gray, HCL Bronze or Maui rose.
