mauijimkaanapali.jpgStarted back in the 1980’s, Maui Jim was just a very small business that sold sunglasses right on the beaches of Maui. They quickly realized that a better and more protective type of sunglasses was needed. The company developed and quickly patented the revolutionary PolarizedPlus technology they had incorporated into their first seven sunglasses designs. As the company grew, so did their product line and several user-specific collections were begun.

Maui Jim’s team of designers is constantly on the lookout for new ways to provide better eye protection for people. Whether you’re just sitting on the beach or playing a few rounds of golf, Maui Jim has created a unique pair of sunglasses with you in mind.

One of the more popular styles frequently used by members of the Senior PGA, is actually named after the home of the Senior PGA’s Ka’anapali Classic. The Maui Jim Ka’anapali Polarized sunglasses are one of the larger frames of sunglasses offered as part of their Titanium Sport-Polycarbonate line of sunglasses. The innovative design of these modern, sporty sunglasses has a hingeless frame and flexible wire for a more relaxed fit at the temples. There are also adjustable silicon nose pads to provide a more custom, non-slip fit.

These rectangle wrap sunglasses were designed to appeal to men and look great on any shape face. They fit great and provide the great eye protection Maui Jim’s sunglasses are known for.

The Maui Jim Ka’anapali sunglasses come in a variety of frame and lens colors: gunmetal frame with gray lenses, metallic gloss copper frames with Maui rose lenses and metallic gloss copper frames with HCL Bronze lenses. CLEARSHELL Scratch Coating is added to both sides of the lenses to prevent scratching.
